I wanted to ask if anyone had experiences booking flights with avianca through their service center.
I wanted to fly business on some routes, but fare class F does not credit anything on miles and more from LH, so I would have to book in D class to gain miles and points.
Specifically, it would be three segments, LAX-SAL-PTY being oneway and PTY-BOG-SJO as return.
May be a dumb question, but is the Service Center via WhatsApp and Mail „competent“ enough to do this, considering they also use an auto-translator?
Would there be any other ways to book a specific fare class? I contacted avianca on whatsapp asking for this and even with an agent connected, most of the replies were gibberish, so I would even be more comfortable booking with an ota or any other way that might be possible. The official site only has one business fare for all the three segments, being F, so I cannot book it via the official site.
