i booked into ANA Z class with a UA codeshare and was hoping to call in to switch it to NH. however the 1K agent said there needs to be additional Z availability on the flight on ANA's side to be able to change my reservation from UA flt number to NH. has anyone else found this to be true or should I try again with a different agent?
