It seems UA plans to price Window or not, as they have in the past -- the same. It is legspace or not, location closer to the front of the cabin and 1or 2 adjacent passengers, are the pricing factors

Can not say I have seen this issue previously ever raised on FT or Redit, so very possible UA was thinking this was not a significant customer concern needing addressing. BTW, the lack of a prior complaint from the plaintiff may be a flaw in this legal action.
"Plenty" seems to be rather "a few"
