I've stayed at the HR in the past and I loved it but there were definitely noise issues with my room. As fate would have it I had to change the dates slightly and a suite was no longer available at the HR so I used a SUA here to confirm into a park deluxe suite. I assume previous advice applies about asking for a room facing the empty lot? Not sure the layout of this room but hopefully they reach out to me and I can put the request in.
