BOA being very picky here--an applicant's email address on file with them not matching the one associated with the applicant's Atmos account is grounds for getting a "we're unable to approve your application" which isn't a rejection but will require a discussion with the fraud team. Was a bit skeptical about calling the 877-261-3664 recon number since it's not a listed number but did get very helpful BOA agents on the line who took care of things quickly.
