I can confirm... current situation is one elevator is completely out of action as it is being upgraded (the first one of the four). Of the remaining three one is currently broken, has been for several days, maintenance team is working to get it back into service. So... two elevators serving 30 floors, as you can imagine this is no fun especially at peak hours. Yesterday they had staff in the lobby directing people to the employee/freight elevators to help during peak demand
I stayed this past weekend and unfortunately the elevator is still broken. Thankfully the hotel didn’t seem to be at a particularly high occupancy, so having only two elevators wasn’t a complete disaster, but wait times were up to 5 min (but usually not as long). As you can imagine, the cabs were often stuffed like a Tokyo subway during rush hour.
I was very satisfied with the offerings in the lounge, and really enjoyed the space being that it looks onto the pool deck.
