Yesterday was on the phone with Barclay and they upgraded me from Red to Silver card. They read all the terms and conditions and I agreed. This morning, I log into the app and it still says I have the Red card and still doesn't have the LP benefits in the rewards section like a Silver card should. Does anyone know how long it takes for the Silver card to kick in once upgraded? Do I have to wait until next billing cycle or when I actually have the hard card in hand from the mail? Thanks in advance for any answers or experience with this.
When I upgraded to Silver last year it was some time after the card arrived in the mail before I saw the updates in my account. I want to say approximately 30 days from the time I was approved for Silver.
