How reliable is the listed aircraft model? A318 in this case

I booked a ticket Paris CDG to Rome Fiumicino in early November. At the time, it was listed as an Airbus A320.

Now, I see that the listed aircraft has changed. The flight that I am book on went from an A320 to an A318. This is exciting as I've never been aboard an A318. Except for 5 remaining aircraft, Air France has gotten rid of theirs as have all other airlines, like Frontier, Avianca, British Airways, TAROM, etc.

While an aircraft can be switched at the last moment, is there a reasonable chance, a little more than 2 months ahead, that the flight will operate using the listed A318?
