My most recent stay was December '24. Can't recall re: toiletries, but the rooms were perfectly acceptable (bathroom a bit tired). The major attraction for me over other Accor Queenstown properties is the location though (Novotel also a good location but INCREDIBLY tired).
I generally book the MGallery over the Sofitel when in Queenstown.
