I'm not allowed to post photos yet (?), but here are the options:
  • Slow Roasted Beef Short Rib with demi-glace, grain mustard mashed potatoes, green beans, and roasted tomato
  • Makhani Chicken Curry with basmati rice, garlic spinace, and red chili peppers
  • Spinach Ravioli with Bianco di Napoli sauce, roasted peppers, and artichokes
  • Greek Salad with romaine, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, olive, pepperoncini, lemon-oregano dressing, and grilled chicken
  • Beef Lasagna with tomato sauce and nut-free pesto
This menu is underwhelming. Still, it can't possibly be worse than my only other first-class flight, though. That one was on United and featured warm pink pudding and a rock covered in cornmeal disguised as bread...
As others have said, this is a really good menu. I haven't grown sick of it after eating these dishes 3-4 times a week. I love the the curry and short rib, and the greek salad is also really good. It tastes fresh and flavorful, the chicken is nicely cooked, there's more than one olive, and it's sizable. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised!
