I have a 4-night point stay confirmed with a SUA.

Our plans changed and we're now arriving a day early, so I grabbed a standard room with points for the first night (no suite available). This was done months after the original booking.

I thought we would most likely just have to change rooms after the first night.

I'm now being told by the concierge that they may not honor the 4-night suite upgrade because of this!

How does this make any sense?
