Just three rows of CE on G-TTSC that evening - a 5-month-old A320neo with the new interior, and my first time experiencing one of the new cabins which do look very smart. This was an op-up from ET.

A catering error meant that there were two vegetarian options loaded for dinner; vegetarian Caesar salad (my choice) or British asparagus and goat's cheese salad. The meat option should have been roast beef salad, which would certainly have been my choice had it been available. As it was, the Caesar salad ran out after Row 1 as all four occupants took it.

The strawberry and mango macchiato was quite pleasant. Those who ended up with the asparagus had Do&Co's standard chocolate mousse.
