I also heard from someone inside BA - senior enough to know - that it was McKinsey. When BA sent out the Powerpoint slides about it, the originator forgot to remove the McK fingerprints on the File Information tab, which is a ludicrous mistake to make. I think this forum's leaker also mentioned McK well before the announcment.
