We stayed here for 5 nights in late summer 2024. Nice property, clean, remote, quiet, very friendly. Good breakfast but 'traditional' and simple. Nice upgrade to a large corner room with a huge balcony. Golf course is well maintained and long, a good workout to walk all 18 in the Italian sun. Not much to do nearby, but the rest of Tuscany is not far for exploring by car. From Rome it is an easy drive up along the coast.
