You may well find that you will be met by a member of ground staff on the airbridge as you arrive with your name on a board to expedite your transit through the airport.
If you do go through transit security yourself then if there is a queue speak to someone to jump the queue.
Qatar Airways and Doha Airport is built around the fact that most passengers are connecting, so don't worry unnecessarily.
If you're not super familiar with the airport download the Hamad Airport app - it has a map of the airport terminal in the app that doesn't need WiFi etc which can be useful to quickly orientate yourself.
More to add, you can check for your gate to MAN from the app well in advance to give you an idea of where to run to.
You can also check the registration of your plane to DOH and see where this particular plane will fly to next and then use the app to check what gate will you be parking (if that information will be available)
