When I go to the home page, my screen is filled with information about current promotions and it is not obvious that you should scroll down to the booking form. And having followed this and another similar thread, I can see the multi-city and custom holiday links are indeed there when you scroll down. Interestingly, if you select “book” from the menu at the top of the screen, which is what I tend to do, the booking form that loads looks much the same as the form on the landing page, but does not give the flexible options.
