Hi,
possibly not and also in the past at some hiltons , the executive lounges have had reduced hours over the festive period here in the UK ( but have not stayed over NYE for a while).
However given the Conrad's location as above, I would expect it to be very busy and probably have a plan for a main meal elsewhere ( i found the conrad evening canapes ok for a light snack )
