On the new site, if you click 'Flight + Hotel' or 'Flight + Car' there's an option below the text boxes that says 'Want to tour the world? Create custom trip' this takes you to the section you're looking for. It's confusing because it has nothing to do with a round the world booking.

I would advise bookmarking the link in the previous reply but I'm showing you the way to find it on the current site.
