I need to layover in Seoul (actually ICN) for my flight back to the USA on Jan 3. I am wondering too if it is pretty 'dead' over there in the New Year.

Last year, I did a layover in Tokyo. I flew in Jan 1 and left Jan 3. Jan 2 and 3 were not bad. Pretty busy. Is it the same in Seoul? I'm wondering if it is worth flying to Seoul on Jan 1 or just be there on the 2nd.
