PLEASE NOTE: To be exempt from VAT payment, you must show a stamp in your passport which corresponds to visitor status. This accreditation must be requested at time of entry with an immigration official. If you use biometric verification, you must request it with Migración Colombia Office.
Does anyone know, how exactly this works? More specifically how and where does one obtain the stamp from Migración Colombia Office, if one uses biometric verification when entering the country?
