Trying to get into the Polaris lounge seems like a fair amount of effort for an omelette (or similar) given the lounge will still be serving breakfast.

Having said that, I haven't seen any reviews of the EWR lounge since the change from BA Galleries, so how's the breakfast spread in Lounge&Co (the new SQ EWR lounge and ex-VS Clubhouse)?
