Tipping at all-inclusive Dude Ranch?

I have used the search function and google and everything, I am coming with little to nothing …

any insights would be much appreciated!

Here is the question/situation: We will be at an all-inclusive ranch for 5 nights and I have no idea what tips will be expected - asking specifically how much cash I need to bring as there will be no ATM in a 100 mile radius

As any good FTer would do, we booked this with Hilton points. If you book with cash this is $1700 a night which includes everything from 3-meals a day to activities, and of course accommodation.

I find some suggestion of 20% of the package price which seems completely insane to me - and why would I tip on my accommodation? These might also be for much cheaper places - not sure. So help me, please - is this more like a $20 bill for a great dinner and a 1/2 day activity? Are these generally all paid at the very end and check-out into a large tip pool and I add this to my bill?
First time we are doing such a vacation and I have simple no idea how to prepare cash-wise.

Appreciate comments and please no ranting on the US tip culture - I know - but nothing we’ll solve in the short term.
