You would need to figure out the booking code of the QR segments and cross reference that on the QR site to see if they are booking into Business Lite, Classic, etc.

For lounge access then I believe as an EXP if you book Business Lite then you can still access the Platinum Lounges due to your status, just not Al Mourjan.
I'd check over on the QR forum as there are lots of threads addressing these type questions since it is so confusing.
