It is a rebranded HTC "Blue Angel" AKA MdaIII/iMate PDA2k/Qtek 9090/Audiovox 6600/Siemens SX66/Orange SPV M1000.
A VERY nice device, especiallly since it offers WiFi, Bluetooth and GPRS. However, in my experience it is a little TOO nice to use as your daily phone, it is an expensive and fragile device and dropping it just once will certainly bring it to its end.
Cingular should already be selling it through its business channel, they call it the Siemens SX66. You will miss some features though, it doesn't offer voice dialing as a standard and when you do install a voice dialing application, it doesn't work through Bluetooth.
