apparently this is true for miles upgrades (maybe total rewards) but i don't know the exact details but aged 8 was mentioned

of course if you pay then you pay and that's allowed - there were 7 kids in f on my flight from GLA yesterday - mine was 7, the rest from about 18 months to about 10, it was noisy 😂
