I should have clarified this is Emerald Airlines specifically (maybe I should contact them), and both times they refused to provide a paper receipt and I’ve been handed their iPad to type in my email. I’ve never had an issue getting a paper receipt on EI mainline.
What is bothering me is Retail in Motion manages the buy-on-board and will be able to account for every transaction, but i agree it’s very unlikely somebody will bother to follow up with them.
