My experience has been 125-type tickets only, which includes codeshares.
BA Holidays is 100% spend of full BAH.
But any BAH booked before 2025 that's not the case -- non BA-coded flights within the booking don't count for BA spend (I've had an ongoing argument with BA about this, but they won't budge).
Side note: eternally annoying that you can't see 'BA spend' accrual anywhere except in the (perpetually broken) app.
