The reservation is domestic (DFW-HNL) - for both my wife and myself.
The 2 rewards are using her miles this time ..and booked in one transaction
We both have AAdvantage #s - both are shown i.e. listed next passenger 1 and 2 names in the transaction - in the reservation and on the physical credit card.

I am pretty sure that the free bag is an option provided by the card - it always has been in the past ... its "Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select World Elite Mastercard".

then there is the question shouldn't it be coming with Main Cabin Extra reservation anyway .. since it does when you choose the cash option.
