Correct - pardon me if I mistagged him - though the argument over what kind of writer he is seems sort of academic.
I am sure the new structure was "backtested" against historical earnings, but I'm really wondering if the McKinsey BA working on this missed the concepts of "elasticity" and "alternatives" when they cooked this up...
