That link has never worked for me. All I get is "we've experienced a technical issue" and it does nothing. You cannot see your receipt online (except for the ticket #) through Swiss, Lufthansa or Austrian. And Austrian (and IIRC Lufthansa) does NOT include booking codes on their itinerary confirmation email when you book a flight. If booked through Swiss then it will show you the booking code.

I've tried that Swiss link with both PNR and e-ticket numbers and nothing works. Ever. And if you bring up your reservation on LH.com, Swiss.com or Austrian.com and click on "See receipt" it simply brings you to the same link that is broken.

Edit: note that I can get the same Passenger Receipt link to work through Austrian.com but of course the receipt they download for you does NOT include booking class!
