In-flight purchase receipts
Is there a straightforward way to request a receipt for an in-flight purchase? The Platinum line was worse than useless (Aer Lingus sells flights not food or drink, suggest you go to security in the airport and ask them). Supervisor wasn't willing to help either.
I ask because I had a similar issue in March when I was Concierge and got the run around by email over 12 weeks until I eventually gave up and closed the case. So Concierge wasn't much help either.
The form on the website is more for flight or extras receipts - anybody had any luck? Really wish they operated the FR system where you can request with a seat number and card number...
