I recall there being issues with this when first debuted, but haven't seen any discussion recently.

I selected the $700 credit as a DM benefit back in May, and nothing happened. I have waited out the "six to eight weeks" nonsense, and now both Delta and Amex are disavowing all responsibility to resolve this. Delta says they sent it over to Amex, Amex says they received nothing.

Anyone have similar experiences, and advice on how to resolve?
