Just for clarification, SH flights leaves T5B and T5C regularly. Even there is a bus gate at T5B so everything possible. (Though it's quite rare to bus people there to back to T5A remote gates) Also lounge staff highly doubt can check historical gate association for flights. Gates can change and does change very frequently so when your OH checked it was a plan for T5B. Also the screen which shows the gate information is just has a gate number like 518 and many of us knows this is T5A. The screen does not says anything like T5B or T5C so staff can be mistaken especially with remote gate numberings. I doubt many people are in the T5B lounge by mistake as the way back to T5A is not that obvious and walking only if you want to stay in airside. When I'm interested I just ask the actual gate number but the wayfinder website is more upto date and better source of information.
