Yes, GS was eligible for Y/B/M instant upgrades but on the other end of the spectrum, a silver traveling on a cheap B fare was also eligible to upgrade into PZ ahead of platinums and could also jump 1K’s on the CPU waitlist since they could confirm as soon as PZ opened which was probably an unintended consequence of the PremiumPlus rollout and the use of B fares for mixed cabin segments.
