As usual there were no menus. The choice was Pasta, Salmon, or a cold salad. We had the Salmon. It was just the right thing to serve on a flight leaving at 20.40. The crew were most pleasant The Champagne was Trouillard (nearest translation « Scaredy Cat » was well chilled. Good service all round by a highly experienced crew.
