Had a night's stay here; not a bad little place. Was upgraded to a "suite" which I think is just the larger corner rooms but it was a decent size.
The 16:00 checkout was offered proactively - actually it was just given without asking as "of course, you are Platinum" which is nice to see.
Two beers offered as welcome drinks.
The room had an ever so slightly funky smell at first, but either it went or I got used to it. The trend of frosted glass bathroom doors continues however...
Took the breakfast (which is possibly worth it with the F&B credit at £11.15 but I would say not worth it full price at £19.90) and there was a good selection including a waffle maker and even morning prosecco for those who wish to indulge!
It's a good location for the EU, though there is a lot of construction around the area so do not expect great views.
