Hawaiian AIrlines has just released the menu for the new Seoul to Seattle flights in both business and economy class.
Sadly the promised relaunch of new cabin and meal service announced during the Tokyo inaugural does not seem to happen. There might be some new cabin service enhancement, but catering remains underwhelming, other than a try for serving more Korean dishes.

I will fly the inaugural Seoul to Seattle flight in business class, and thankfully I used points. I will report back.

Honestly I don't know how Alaska can compete with Delta on international flights with this poor onboard product but I guess it is hard to get a new product out the door quickly. Alaska will possibly have to release many cheap award seats during the upcoming fall/winter season.
