I just don’t think res agents work as effectively from home. They’re in their own space, so it’s easier to think (even if not to say) “f*** off” if they don’t like the conversation. Hanging up, which they do a lot, is easier if you’re not surrounded by colleagues. I know it’s all recorded, but I bet it’s impossible to listen back to every interaction, and there are probably multiple opportunities to get the recording deleted/lost/reviewed in-house by a friend at the same contractor rather than by LH in DE.
