I am currently staying here. I believe it is currently the cheapest Marriott in Bangkok at under 3,000 THB per night.
The hotel has multiple room categories but all of the non-suite rooms are identical, "deluxe" just changes the view. The hotel is made up of multiple blocks and the non-deluxe rooms have a view over the other buildings, whereas the deluxe rooms look out over the "city". The "city" view is quite nice, there is an animal sanctuary (or, more likely, a farm) next to the building with giant fish and roosters and birds which is fun to watch.
I received an upgrade from the base room to a "deluxe" room as an Ambassador.
The desk in the room is good and the chair is okay, but it isn't a workspace chair. That's obvious from the photos though, and it's comfortable for what it is. Sound isolation is good.
Air conditioning is fine (although a little warm, ~21c overnight). WiFi is fine. Staff are helpful.
The building's elevators are quite small. Anyone over 190cm will need to be careful not to bang their head in parts of the lobby. The refurbishment has gone well: aside from the elevators and quirky lobby layout, it could pass for a building built for the hotel.
The lobby bar and restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a pool table and bar games. The cornhole game is very loud but the kids were having fun so it's a fair price to pay. I didn't mind the noise but it might be annoying for someone sensitive to noise while trying to work. Food is available from 6am to 1am (last order 11:30pm) with in-room dining orders via a digital menu. I was offered free breakfast, and given drink vouchers (1 per night).
A solid hotel, no surprises, great for being the cheapest Marriott in Bangkok, on par with a Bangkok Courtyard. I'm happy here, although I'd probably go with a Courtyard next time due to the workspace chair.
