I remember the oneworld site at the time saying the official lounge for QR in T5 was Aspire! Of course didn't matter as QR pax could use the BA lounge if they want to.
Yes, the original message I took was a joke based on BA not updating their info rather than a dig at AA pax. BA says they welcome eligible AA passengers but the eligible AA passengers are zero because no AA flights from T5.
