This comes from a brief time during and after Covid where AA were operating from T5.
I suspect I was one of those AA eligible customers (or a QR eligible customer; weren’t they also operating from T5?) at that time and don’t recall the T5 lounges being any more “swamped” than normal. I’ll just chalk this up to an attempt at humor.
