As someone who prefers LGW over LHR given I live close to Gatwick and I prefer the smaller Club cabins at Gatwick, the dropping of LGW-JFK is a big disappointment. Loads have seemed very good recently. I will be switching my allegiance to Delta during the summer months for LGW-JFK especially in a world where BA has destroyed any sort of loyalty in light of the new tier point fiasco.
