I had a strange experience with QR codes.

Unable to find a J award, I have been looking at one way economy tickets from USA to India. Imagine my joy when I received not one but two emails from QR offering some discount/ However, the strange part of this experience was that logging in and applying either code actually increased the price! Not much, just a few dollars, but an increase nevertheless. Remove the code and it comes down again, What gives?

Anyway, somewhat related, if you do know a code working now, please pm me. That will be greatly appreciated.
