Chase has been sending email invitations every month for past 4 months or so with subject line "<name>, earn $750 Bonus Cash Back with Chase Ink Business Unlimited"

They include button text that says "Sign in to apply faster" but after signing in, none of the fields are populated. Possibly a sign that its not targeted.

Wondering if getting these email invitations are a sign for higher odds of approval for a UR earning business card that they appear to have gotten stringent over last year. Any thoughts or data points on these direct email invites?

Have multiple Ink Cash CIC cards but never had a Ink Unlimted CIU card. Assuming I get approved for a CIU, will they allow product change to a CIC soon after approval before I do the min spend?
