Yeah I've had that happen for JNB-HDS. Website was only showing HDS-JNB so I started up a chat and the agent manually created the JNB-HDS reservation and got it ticketed. Also, 4Z for some reason, doesn't allow you to view your booking details on their website/app if booked through a partner airline, so it's best to email them to confirm your reservation and select seats.
