Hi Rozy (or anyone else who might be able to help),

I left my jacket on my IST–LHR flight, and Turkish Airlines has located it and provided me with a local reference number. They just need someone to pick it up from LHR.

I’m based in San Francisco, so if you’re traveling LHR–SFO, I’d be so grateful if you could bring it with you. I’ll of course reimburse you for your time and effort.
