I appreciate the spirit in which you meant this. The fiasco we just experienced should not be taken out on individual FAs. I agree with that. However, I think we should remain critical of AC and CUPE in the way that they conducted themselves and the huge inconvenience and expense they caused. This was a failure of competition. And we exacerbate it by remaining on the hamster wheel of frequent flyer programs. Even SEs were given the middle finger by AC. I for one will shift more of my business away from AC because that is the only thing this oligopoly will respond to.
