On flight now and FA just told me the original VISA (Ascent) will get a bump up to 85.000 mile SUB if you use the in-flight code.
He is rehearsing the script to announce before landing.
He also confirmed that employees are being marketed the Summit card separately, so that promo post from a week ago was likely legit.
