Yes but still not that much. Say UA does a million flights, probably less than 1/2 million for the 737s. Say the average delta is $3-$4 , we are talking maybe $2M -- that is pretty small for class action. Plus if needed UA could argue the delta is partially due to a single adjacent passenger. So maybe just $1M for the window factor.
