Well, many times it is just a couple of dollars and on an long SFO-BOS example the delta is just $7 -- is that for the window or is it for just one adjacent passenger. So the damages here are very, very small -- and applies to just 1-2 out of 40-50 "window" seats. . . .
That's why this Complaint is filed as a prospective class action. Those few dollars add up when multiplied by the number of flights annually throughout the UA system.
